Hello, I’m Lauren, as an IBS sufferer I was frustrated at the lack of food and drink products available for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and the low FODMAP diet that were gut safe. Most contain high FODMAP ingredients – gluten, dairy and many more which may trigger IBS. So I set out on a mission to create Fodilicious to help all of you with sensitive tums like me!

Our natural, plant-based products are FODMAP Friendly certified, IBS and gut friendly, top 14 allergen safe, free from gluten, dairy, nut free, lactose free, vegan and healthier choice for everyone to enjoy!
